The deac's non-iPhone got zero reception this morning, leaving him without the ability to make or receive calls or text messages. He checked online for a solution; there was none. He went to the AT&T store to ask for help; they said the 3G network was down. The deac did a little research and, wouldn't you know it, Apple released a new version of the iPhone software, presumably prompting heavy traffic and the subsequent outage.
